  • Goal: We'll get clear on your business, expertise, and passions through:

    • A deep dive into the your business model and customer base.

    • Identifying potential gaps in the market you can fill.

    • Brainstorm initial ideas for signature offers.

  • We'll develop a clear and compelling signature offer that consists of:

    • A detailed outline of the signature offer.

    • A compelling offer name and description.

    • Determine pricing and packaging options.

  • Let's talk about how your key offer works with your other offers and discuss a launch strategy! In this session we'll:

    • Develop a 3 tier offer suite, including your signature offer.

    • Create a launch timeline and marketing plan.

    • Outline the goals that you want to set to reach your next level.

  • After our final session you'll have 2 weeks of additional support via our messaging channel. (eg. Slack).
